2. Reservations

2.1 Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older, or travel with a legal guardian.
  • All provided information must be accurate and complete.
  • A valid passport and required entry documents are mandatory.
  • Visas and health requirements are the traveler’s responsibility.
  • Valid travel insurance is required prior to departure.

2.2 Confirmation

  • Submission of a completed booking request.
  • Payment of the required deposit (30%).
  • Receipt of written confirmation from our company.

2.3 Pricing Policy

  • All rates are indicated in Euros (€).
  • Prices may be adjusted until final payment is completed.
  • Included services are listed in the specific itinerary.
  • International flights, insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.

3. Payments

3.1 Payment Schedule

  • 30% deposit at the time of confirmation.
  • Remaining balance due 60 days before departure.
  • Bookings made within 60 days require full immediate payment.

3.2 Accepted Methods

  • Major credit and debit cards.
  • Bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT).
  • Online payment services where available.

3.3 Delayed Payments

  • We may cancel unpaid reservations.
  • Applicable cancellation charges will apply.
  • An administrative late fee may be charged.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation conditions depend on the timing of the request prior to departure. Applicable fees are calculated as a percentage of the total tour price and are outlined in your booking confirmation.

Certain third-party services (e.g., hotels or transport providers) may apply additional restrictions.

5. Modifications

Changes requested by the client are subject to availability and possible administrative charges. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to operational needs, safety concerns, or external circumstances.

6. Traveler Obligations

  • Carry valid travel documentation.
  • Respect schedules and staff instructions.
  • Comply with local laws and cultural standards.
  • Maintain appropriate conduct during the tour.
  • Cover costs of any personal damage caused.

7. Health & Insurance

Travelers must ensure they are physically fit to participate in tour activities. Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, cancellation, and liability is mandatory.

8. Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the services described in the confirmed itinerary. We are not liable for events beyond our control or for actions of independent third-party providers.

Any financial liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booked services.

9. Complaints & Legal Jurisdiction

Concerns must be reported immediately during the tour to allow resolution. These terms are governed by French law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All website content is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Website Use

  • The website must not be used for unlawful activities.
  • We may update or suspend website functionality without notice.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain enforceable. These Terms, together with the booking confirmation, form the complete agreement between the parties.
